By using our website, booking an appointment or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or SMS program.
Our website, online forms and SMS program are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By submitting your information or opting in to our SMS program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Salon services for children ten and under are available, but must be booked and consented to by a parent or legal guardian.
The Orchid Nail Lounge SMS Program sends text messages to customers who have opted in. Message types you may receive include:
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with us. Promotional messages will not exceed four per month.

Any charges for text messages are billed by your mobile carrier according to your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging and data plan.
Carriers, including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon and Sprint, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and network availability.

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible, ideally at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, by calling (469) 988-9099 or using your booking confirmation. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings. Unsubscribing from the SMS program does not cancel any existing appointments; please contact us directly to change or cancel a booking.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website and services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
